Craig Lefoe is a founding partner and CEO of Toustone. Having held senior CIO roles with the Mars Corporation, Craig has led teams across Infrastructure, Application Development and Business across many different countries and regions. Having lived in the USA and Australia, and worked in many countries including China, Japan and Thailand, Craig has extensive experience in leading teams across diverse cultures.

Linda Griffiths-Brown is the Managing Director of Total HRM, and has worked for over twenty years in business and consulting including executive and senior management roles. She has experience in numerous industries includes mining, energy, government and transportation.

Mary Hoodless is an Organisational Development Consultant following 20 years in health and community services as an executive manager with active research and education portfolios. Mary works with not-for-profit, private and public sector organisations undertaking governance assessments, strategic planning, consumer engagement, quality and compliance, risk management, workforce planning, mergers and special projects.

Ian Bignell is one of the company directors for Eslers Land Consulting.
